We have been stuck in Nordli for well over a week now, waiting for the weather to change. But no worries, we have plenty of time and it’s also nice to relax a little. We have no shortage of things to do anyway. We are updating our blogs, hunting, hiking and making awesome food. Today Jan even started making Bounty chocolate! It’s surprisingly easy and fast to make them. We are living the good life!
