Today we crossed in to the main part of Sognefjorden and set direction for the bottom end of the fjord. Sognefjorden is a beautiful place to go kayaking and I would recommend anyone with kayaking experience to go here. But be aware that Sognefjorden can be a challenging and dangerous place, since the weather can change abruptly, causing high winds and waves. Other than that, this is a fantastic place to explore. Untamed nature, wildlife, nice people and many old mountain farms that are worth exploring.
