While being on a trip like this, we lose almost all sense of time. We knew that it was the week of Easter (because of all the people going on ski trips), but we did not have a clue that today was Easter evening. So, when we got to Sandhaug (a DNT staffed lodge), we decided to have a full 3 course Easter dinner at the lodge. As the team leader, I picked a quality wine to accompany the fantastic roasted lamb.
