We have been skiing for a couple of weeks now and been battling bad snow conditions. In the forest the snow is powder and over a meter thick, making progress really slow. But we are gradually making our way north. Christmas was celebrated in the tent, without a Christmas tree, since there are no pine trees around here. We are pushing to reach a serviced mountain cabin called “Umbukta Fjellstue” and celebrating new years eve there. The days are now gradually getting longer since the winter solstice and we are starting to see the sun on the mountain peaks around us. So we have many things to look forward to 😀
